Compared with traditional filter material, it has the advantages of high production efficiency, short production process, low production cost and wide selection of raw materials. Most of the common spunlaced non-woven filter materials are made of polyester and polypropylene fiber and reinforced by machinery, which has a good filtering effect. The production process can be roughly subdivided into acupuncture filter material, spunbonded filter material, spunlaced filter material and melt blown filter material. 1. Needle-punched filter cloth

2. Spunbonded filter cloth

The only disadvantage of the filter material with non-woven fabric formed by extrusion and melting of polymer chips, spinning and strengthening by hot pressing is that the uniformity of the network is poor, and it is easy to appear uneven thickness after forming the cloth.

3. Spunlaced filter cloth

The non-woven filter material reinforced by high-pressure spunlace has the advantages of fine and smooth cloth surface, high strength, small pore size, good air permeability, not easy to shed hair, clean sanitation and so on, but it will have higher requirements for production environment and raw materials, so the production cost is higher than other non-woven filter materials.

4. Melt blown filter cloth

It is a kind of nonwoven filter material composed of three-dimensional disorderly distribution of ultra-fine fibers, which has the same advantages as the above types of non-woven filter materials, but it also has some disadvantages such as low tensile strength and poor wear resistance.
